Is there a graphical tool available to create and edit custom Ribbons in Access 2007?
There is nothing buit into Access 2007 that graphically allows you to customize Ribbons as there is in previous versions for creating custom menu bars and toolbars. However, people in the Access community have built tools to help with this task. Listed below are some of these utilities.
1. RibbonCustomizer add-in by Microsoft MVP Patrick Schmid:

RibbonCustomizer is an add-in for Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word 2007. It allows you to customize the Ribbon (Office Fluent) User Interface with only a few mouse clicks!
2. Anthony Moore of IT Excellence has a created a tool called Xtreme-Ribbon Builder you can find here:

Anthony's page also has a great overview discussion of the Ribbon. His tool is actually a ACCDB file that can assist you with creating custom Ribbons. Anthony's tool is also free! How cool is that?

This is another great tool for customizing Ribbons in your application.
4. Microsoft Office Access MVP Avenius Gunters has a tool called Ribbon Creator you can find here:
