Access 2007 FAQ

How do you set the Tab Order for controls on a form? I can't find the form you can use to drag and drop the order found in previous versions.

Access 2007 still includes this helpful form to set the tab order of your controls. Open your form in Design or Layout view, click the Arrange tab on the Ribbon, and then click the Tab Order button in the Control Layout group, as seen in the following screenshot.

Access opens the Tab Order dialog box where you can drag and drop the various form controls to set the tab order. Alternativley, click the Auto Order button to have Access set the tab order automatically for you. Click OK to save your changes.
