How do you clear the query grid in Access 2007? I can't find the option anywhere.

 

Good question. This option is a little more obscure to find in 2007 compared to previous versions. In prior versions of Access if you went to Edit | Clear Grid that option cleared all the fields off the grid.

 

In 2007, you can find this option by following these steps:

1. Click the Home Ribbon tab

2. Find the Sort & Filter group

3. Click the Advanced drop down option

4. Now click the Clear Grid option

 

Here's a sample screenshot of where that option is located:

 

 

You'll notice that after I click that option, Access clears the two fields on the grid, as seen in the following screenshot:
